Whether you’re a resident, visitor, VIP, or corporate traveler visiting Kuwait, the staff of Hala Kuwait will ensure that your airport experience will be seamless and hassle-free.


Services are available upon arrival and departure, and can be booked online at the same time as your ticket purchase  through the Jazeera Call Center or at the Jazeera Airways ticket office in Kuwait International Airport.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Hala Kuwait Services are provided by the National Aviation Service(NAS) which is the service provider that is contracted by Jazeera Airways. We accept no responsibility for these services and the Passenger releases Jazeera Airways from any liability for the consequences of any delay or for any loss suffered by the Passenger as a result of the actions of Hala Kuwait Services and/or any third parties, including without limitation, the Customs, Security or Immigration authorities at Kuwait International Airport.


  2. Hala Kuwait Services can be booked online. On making online reservation, an email is automatically generated to the Hala Kuwait desk. Within 1 hour of receiving your request, a Hala Agent will call you and verify travel details. Service is not guaranteed if verification of travel details is incomplete or incorrect. Hala Kuwait Services accepts no liability and/or claims due to incorrect information from passengers and/or representatives making reservations on behalf of customers.

  4. Hala Kuwait Services are non-transferable and non-refundable. Services are delivered based on flight number and date of booking. For any change in flight time and date of travel, you are requested to inform Hala Kuwait Services at least 3 hours in advance.


  5. Hala Kuwait accepts no responsibility and the Passenger releases Hala Kuwait Services from any liability for the consequences of any delay or for any loss suffered by the Passenger as a result of the actions of Hala Kuwait Services and/or any third parties, including without limitation, the Customs or Immigration authorities at Kuwait International Airport.


  6. The Passenger agrees that the Passenger alone is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Government requirements upon entry to and exit from Kuwait International Airport and that all other required documents are in order and that any conditions to which such documents are subject are complied with. The Passenger releases Hala Kuwait Services from any liability whatsoever arising as a result of the Passenger failing to comply with this condition.


  7. Hala Kuwait Services are provided only at Kuwait International Airport upon arrival or departure. These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
