Check-in counters opening time:
- Check-in counters in all countries, except Egypt, will open 3 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
- Check-in counters in Egypt will open 4 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
Check-in counters closing time:
- Check-in counters in all countries, except Dubai, Egypt and India, will close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
- Check-in counters in Dubai, Egypt and India will close 1 hour before the scheduled time of departure.
In order to obtain your boarding card, you must personally be present at the check-in counter.
Frozen seafood, meat or any other type of food must be properly sealed in strong igloo type iceboxes with plastic wrappings.
For security reasons, pooling check-in baggage with other travelers is not allowed.

All travelers (except infants) are allowed one carry-on piece with the following requirements: 7kg in weight, 48cm in width, 34cm in height, and 23cm in depth.
All carry-on pieces must be declared at the check-in counters and Jazeera Airways’ carry-on tags must be issued per carry-on piece.
At the boarding gate, passengers will have to pay KD5 (or equivalent local currency) per piece for any undeclared carry-on bags. Travelers on board Jazeera cabin are allowed to check in up to 20kg of baggage.
Travelers on board Jazeera Plus cabin are allowed to check in up to 25kg of baggage.
In accordance with international laws, travelers are not allowed to carry any single check-in baggage weighing more than 32kg.

The gate closes 15 minutes before the scheduled time of departure, except Dubai. The gate in Dubai Airport closes 20 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
Travelers reporting late to the gate will unfortunately miss their flight and will not be entitled to a refund nor credit. On the other hand, travelers reporting to the gate on time should be pleased to know we never delay a flight for late travelers.

Travelers connecting through Kuwait International Airport (KIA) should report to the Jazeera Airways transfer desk at KIA, located next to the Pearl Lounge and across from Gate No. 2.

We accept unaccompanied minors between 5 and 14 years old for travel, provided advance arrangements are made at the time of booking. A handling fee of KD 25 (or equivalent currency) is to be paid per person per sector at the time of booking, in addition to the ticket fare.

Women with a pregnancy period less than 27 weeks are allowed to travel without a doctor's permission, in pregnancy period between 27-32 weeks a doctor's permission is essential for women to travel while women with a pregnancy period above 32 weeks are not allowed to travel.

Changes to bookings may be made up to 3 hours before a flight, subject to payment of the applicable fee and of any difference between the original paid fare and the new fare available at the time the change is made. No refunds will be given.
