CRM Specialist – Technical

 

We are looking for a CRM Specialist – Technical to manage and support technical activities across all stages of the airline’s multi-channel CRM and Marketing Automation stages encouraging customer acquisition, up-selling, cross-selling, and retention. Assisting the Digital and CRM Team with the technical know-how of campaigns and implementations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Contribute to CRM strategy using relevant RFM and segmentation data
  • Manage the MarTech stack of the company to ensure technical systems are being optimised
  • Help CRM and digital teams with technical campaign set-up and implementation on CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, Website, and Apps
  • Automate Campaigns, set deployment strategies, and develop QA process.
  • Maximize the efficiency of the CRM and Digital Marketing data to improve campaign performance and results.
  • Track Campaign performance and set optimization strategies for maximum conversions from all the campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B Testing with our Emails, Landing Pages to improve engagements, user experience, and maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Understand relevant Digital Marketing and CRM Marketing KPIs and continuously analyse data, create reports and convey it to the management. Refine tactics on the basis of data.
  • Grow customer database through acquisition campaigns across different channels.
  • Oversee technical implementation of Customer Loyalty programs across all the channels.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science/ IT, Business, or Marketing discipline or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ specialist technical experience
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge. Experience with SQL, and AMPscript is a plus.
  • Understanding of APIs, Databases, Data Lakes, and systems connection.
  • Understanding of IT terms and concepts.
  • Experience working on CDP, CRM/ Marketing Automation platforms
  • CRM, research & analytical skills and strict attention to details.
  • Initiative, creative thinking, and decisive.
  • Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong co-ordination skills
