E-Commerce Quality Assurance Specialist
Jazeera Airways is seeking a meticulous and results-driven E-Commerce QA Specialist to ensure consistency and accuracy across our digital platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end testing and optimization of user journeys on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless experiences for B2C, B2B, and loyalty customers.
The Specialist will collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to audit, test, and optimize digital products and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality assurance, product lifecycle management, and user journey evaluation, with specific experience in Navitaire PSS and related systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Conduct end-to-end product testing, including system configuration, UX design, and website audits, to ensure consistency across all e-commerce platforms.
- Evaluate customer journeys, user flows, and transactional systems across B2C, B2B, and loyalty tiers to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Optimize user experiences by identifying pain points and areas for improvement through robust testing practices.
- Oversee testing for UAT scenarios by coordinating with onshore and offshore resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the Website and Mobile teams to ensure product consistency across multiple channels and categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Partner with internal and external teams to gain clarity on project requirements and deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
Product Life Cycle & Optimization:
- Audit and evaluate e-commerce platforms to ensure they align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to assess the end-to-end customer experience across categories and journeys.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for website optimization and feature enhancements.
Process Leadership:
- Lead teams through ambiguity, delivering clear direction and actionable steps to ensure successful outcomes.
- Gain deep expertise in Order-to-Cash business processes and end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring these processes align with Jazeera Airways’ business goals.
- Proactively identify and test scenarios to evaluate potential solutions, mitigating risks before deployment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the airline or travel industry, with expertise in quality assurance and e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Navitaire PSS and SkySpeed, including configuration understanding, is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience optimizing user journeys across B2C, B2B, and loyalty programs.
- Advanced knowledge of the product life cycle, quality assurance, and project management disciplines/processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels.
- Expertise in Excel and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and summaries.
- Results-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
