Commercial Analyst
Jazeera Airways is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team Commercial - Sales Department as Commercial Analyst. In this role, you will part of Head Office Sales Unit and act as a mentor and guide to the field Sales team in line with the overall company commercial objectives and goals.
You will be required to review existing business and creating new business streams, monitoring market share and help create brand awareness whilst sharing important market intelligence and best practices with Sales Manager/ Key Account Managers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work as a conduit between the sales force and HO Units to monitor/develop processes and action plans which enhance efforts towards achieving sales revenue targets.
- Track forward bookings, flown data, Airport statistics, etc. whilst establishing detailed dashboard view of current performance as well as forecast.
- Prepare Daily, weekly, Monthly and ad-hoc reports with in-depth analysis on flown as well as forecast revenue/bookings.
- Monitor Campaign and share insights with RM, Marketing & allied depts. with a view to improve ROI and campaign performance.
- Maintain OAL competitor analysis in coordination with stations.
- New Route study and checklist along with stakeholder units.
- Create, evaluate & monitor POS Budgets.
- Monitor performance of segments, sales channels, destinations and report deviations.
- Engage with stations to resolve issues, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, etc.
- Attend meetings as required with sales team, managers and others dept. to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
- Design, launch & monitor corporate agreements.
- Review existing & create new GSA/PSA/Agency agreements.
- New station set-up, maintain checklist and co-ordinate with all stake-holder departments.
- Design, plan & execute marketing strategies in co-ordination with H.O. Stakeholders & Stations.
- Assist in organizing and conducting promotional activities such as trade shows, product training, customer events, roadshows etc.
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic & logical thinker.
- Attention to detail, excellent Inter-personal skill & customer service knowledge.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
