Head to the new Jazeera Terminal (T5) is designed with you in mind, exclusively for our passengers. It features a dedicated T5 Customer Service Team, self service kiosks, Duty Free, dining outlets, complimentary WiFi at each gate and more. Our new gateway for Kuwait will make your journey easier and more enjoyable.

The Jazeera T5 Help team are our on-ground support staff, who are there to ensure your experience with Jazeera is as seamless as possible. From providing flight information to assisting with any baggage disruptions, T5 Help is always happy to help.

Call 176: You can call our dedicated T5 helpline at 176 if you have any questions or require any assistance with the terminal.

Our new self service kiosk machines are there for you to check in, print your boarding pass and collect your luggage tags at your convenience. You can find the kiosks on the ground floor in the check-in hall and on the Sky Bridge, which connects the car park to the first floor of the terminal.

Baggage Drop: Once you have checked in and placed the tags on your baggage securely, you can then proceed to the Baggage Drop desk on the ground floor. Travelling without baggage? Check-in at the kiosk to obtain your boarding pass and then proceed directly to immigration.

Check-in Counters: If you have not checked in online or at a kiosk, proceed to the Business or Economy Class check-in counters to check in.
